ENTRANCE DOOR
All glass, woodwork and metal work will be cleaned of all finger marks.

CARPETS
All carpeted areas will be thoroughly vacuumed, minor spots will be removed

PHONES
All phones will be cleaned and disinfected to cut down on the spread of illness

OFFICE EQUIPMENT
All office equipment will be dusted weekly

TILE FLOORS
All floors will be swept clean and mopped

WASTE RECEPTACLES
All waste receptacles will be emptied. Liners are to be supplied by you

DESKS & COUNTERS
All windowsills, office furnishings, filing cabinets, and shelves dusted weekly.

WASHROOMS
Sinks, toilets, mirrors, urinals, floors, walls partitions will be cleaned with a lemoncide germicidal disinfectant.

DOORS & INTERIOR GLASS
Marks, fingerprints and dust will be removed from interior glass monthly

BREAK AREA
All chairs, counters and break table will be wiped down .The Microwave oven will be wiped out.

HIGH DUSTING
All cobwebs will be removed as they appear.

VENETIAN BLINDS
All Venetian (mini) blinds will be feather dusted monthly

BASE BOARDS
All Base boards will be wiped down monthly

WINDOWS
Windows to be washed at your request. And billed separately

PAPER GOODS
All paper good will be restocked and are supplied by you. Paper service is available

VENTS
All vents will be cleaned monthly or as needed.

FURNITURE
All Furniture will be straightened after vacuuming.

DRINKING FOUNTAINS
All drinking fountains will be cleaned with a stainless steel cleaner

COFFEE POTS
All Coffee pots will be rinsed and the grounds will be discarded.

LIGHTS and DOORS
All lights and doors will be lefty exactly as they were when we found them.

DOUBLE CHECK
We will double check our work before we leave to make sure we didn't miss
A garbage can or any other work that we are responsible for .We will offer no excuses

FINALLY
We will be sure to lock the front door and set the alarm.
